Coming Up for Preschool - Elementary Ages
We've highlighted some of the camps, events, and opportunities coming up for kids and preschoolers. We'd love for you to be a part of the exciting things going on in Children's Ministry at Peninsula!
In addition to events, we have several opportunities for YOU to serve:

Lunch & Serve
with the Elementary Ministry
Bring your lunch for a time of fellowship, then we'll work on preparing supplies for Sunday mornings and upcoming events.

Summer Serving
Our Preschool and Elementary classes will need volunteers to help sub on Sunday mornings during the Summer vacation season. Even subbing just a few times over the Summer is a huge help.

Impact Kids Camp
July 8-10
For Who: Current 2nd - 5th graders
Where: Peninsula Baptist Church
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Cost: $50 per camper
This is a mission focused camp where we'll be doing a variety of projects in the Lake Norman area. Space is limited.

Summer Faith@Home Bags
Summer bags are a great way for families to grow their faith over the Summer months. There is a free option and a paid option. All of the information is available through the link below:

Preschool Playdates
Preschool Playdates are a fun time for kids and parents to get together over the Summer. Each playdate is 10:00-11:30am rain or shine. No sign up is needed, just come and enjoy some time with friends!

June 11 - at Peninsula
July 2 - at Chick-fil-A on River Hwy.
July 23 - at Peninsula (water day)

Pre-Teen Swim & Study
Come join us for summer fun as we dive into God's word together!
Who: Pre-teens that have just completed 4th & 5th grade
When: 6/6, 6/13, 6/27, 7/11, 7/25
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Where: Gary & Terri Brooks Home (112 Beach Ln, Mooresville)
Cost: $5 cash for pizza, snacks, and drinks
What to Bring: Your bathing suit, a towel, and of course, bring your Bible!

Sunday Mornings
Because we value your children, we have a safe and secure check-in process. You may want to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get your children settled—giving you the time to experience all that our Worship Services and Connect Groups have to offer.
Kindergarten-5th grade connect groups will meet during the 9:00 and 10:15am services.
Preschool classes are available during all 3 services.
Preschool (Babies - Pre-K)
Your child is special to us and we want his/her first impressions of church to be positive as they begin to learn about and experience the love of Jesus. Young hearts and minds receive a spiritual foundation of biblical truths with our dedicated teaching team through Bible lessons, engaging music, crafts and play time.
Available during all 3 Worship Services.
Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)
We love to partner with parents in leading a child to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We provide a fun, safe environment where children learn about God, His love for us, and His plan for our lives giving every child the opportunity to make a decision to follow Him.
Available during the 9:00 and 10:15am Worship Services.
Impact Kids Camp 2023 Recap Video
Our 2nd - 6th graders had an opportunity to participate in a new mission-minded camp.
They had a great time and they learned a lot about missions within our community.
