Making disciples from our neighborhoods

Welcome to Peninsula

We are here to reach people for Christ and to make disciples who make disciples.

Baptism is a meaningful public declaration of one’s faith and serves as a visible symbol of the inward transformation that occurs when an individual commits their life to Christ. To ensure that this decision is made with understanding and intentionality, we offer a Faith Commitment Class before baptism. This class provides an opportunity to explore the spiritual importance of baptism, the biblical foundations behind it, and the life-changing impact it has on those who choose to follow Christ.

Our next Faith Commitment Baptism Class is Wednesday, February 18 at 6:30pm. Baptism will follow on Sunday, February 22.

We are thankful for our partnership with Brad Mellette as his family prepares to plant Heritage Church in Davidson. We invite you to an informational meeting on Wednesday, February 25, at 6:30pm to learn more about how you can support Heritage Church. We are prayerful that some of you will join the launch team, and this is a great opportunity to learn more. This event will also help you to know how to pray for and encourage the Mellettes and the launch team as they are sent out in 2026.

Current Sermon Series

The Book of Nehemiah

The Book of Nehemiah details the physical and spiritual restoration of Jerusalem after the Babylonian exile, focusing on Nehemiah's leadership in rebuilding the city's walls despite intense opposition, followed by spiritual revival led with Ezra, emphasizing prayer, covenant renewal, social justice, and recommitment to God's law, culminating in reforms but also highlighting the ongoing need for true heart transformation.

Join Us This Weekend

If you are looking for a place to worship, we would love for you to be our guest this weekend. At Peninsula you will find a church where the Gospel is preached, where we want to equip you to grow in your relationship with Jesus, and where we desire to reach our neighbors and the nations.

As you arrive, you will find a casual environment and a big emphasis on teaching of Scriptures and community -- we truly believe we are a faith family!
Join us at 9:30am or 11:00am.
