Equip Ministry at Peninsula
Sunday Night Equip provides classes designed to nurture spiritual growth for individuals of all ages, from preschoolers to adults. Each age group engages in age-appropriate lessons and activities, creating a dynamic environment where everyone can grow in their faith. Whether through Bible study, interactive teaching, participants are encouraged to deepen their understanding of God's Word and build meaningful connections within the church community. Sunday Night Equip is not just about learning; it’s about equipping individuals to live out their faith in practical ways, fostering a supportive environment where all can develop their spiritual gifts and contribute to God's mission both locally and globally.
Sunday Night Equip Groups
During Sunday Night Equip, children from Preschool through 5th grade will participate in Awana. Parents are encouraged to stay on campus, either by serving or attending the adult Equip classes. Adults and preschool - elementary age meet from 5:00 - 6:30pm. Youth meet from 5:00 - 7:00pm with dinner included.
Kids will enjoy pizza each week during their class time.
To help cover the costs of Awana, there is a one-time fee per child, either $25 or $35, depending on age, with a $5 discount for additional siblings. (This fee is waived for children in the birth-2's class.)

Weekday Equip Groups
Throughout the week, Peninsula Baptist Church offers a variety of Equip Groups that meet at different times, providing opportunities for individuals to grow in their faith and engage in meaningful community. These groups are designed to support spiritual development through Bible study, discussion, and fellowship. Each Equip Group is focused on helping participants deepen their relationship with God, build connections with others, and equip them to live out their faith in everyday life.
