Mission Outreach Locally and Globally
At Peninsula, we exist to make disciples, from our neighborhoods to the nations. As a church, we are passionate about impacting our community, which means we are involved in neighborhood-specific efforts to share the love and goodness of God with those we encounter. We focus on partnerships and initiatives that introduce our neighbors, and ultimately the world, to the love of Christ and the good news of the Gospel.
This works starts right here in our home. We currently partner with local ministries such as Community Pregnancy Center of Lake Norman, Fuzion Teen Center, Food For Days, Mooresville Christian Mission, FeedNC, FCA, and more.
Outside on Mooresville, Peninsula also supports and partners with the North Carolina Baptist on Mission and the North American Missions Board. We are working alongside church plants in Concord, NC (Risen Church), and the University area of Charlotte (King’s Church), and Davidson, NC.
As well, we desire to see the gospel go to the nations. We are thankful to partner with the International Missions Board in their work of sending over 3,500 missionaries across the world. Peninsula also directly partners with two IMB teams in Paris, France and recently started a new partnership in Guatemala.

In Our Neighborhoods
The ministry of Peninsula extends beyond our weekly services and that work starts in our own community. We desire to impact our community for Christ, including our work with ministry partners in our area: Mooresville Christian Mission, Fuzion Teen Center, FeedNC, Community Pregnancy Center of Lake Norman, Fifth Street Ministries, and others. We also support the work of multiple church plants in the greater Charlotte area and desire to see our community hear and believe the Gospel message.

To The Nations
The call to make disciples extends to all the nations. We believe the promise of Scripture that one day people from every nation will worship before the throne of Jesus. We work alongside the International Mission Board, sending over 3,500 missionaries to the nations. Specifically, Peninsula partners in Paris with the European team and the Asia Pacific Rim team. As well, we work alongside Village of Hope in Guatemala. We are thankful for our part in taking the Gospel to the nations.

Upcoming Mission Opportunities
We believe every person at Peninsula can play a role in impacting a community and world for Christ. We have opportunities for you to serve in one day projects and short term mission teams. As well, we pray the Lord would call members of Peninsula to serve in long term roles. Check out these upcoming opportunities to take part in our work in our neighborhoods to the nations.
